This finger food fruit salad recipe for babies features all no-boil-or-bake fruits that are soft enough for early finger food eaters to handle. It's a great way to provide fresh healthy fruit to babies without spending a bunch of time in the kitchen. It's also great for the rest of the family to nibble on, and makes a nice appetizer that older children and adults can nibble while cranky, hungry babies get some food.

The primary things to consider before making this is to be sure your baby has had all of these fruits already, or has had all but one and you are following good practices for introducing new solid foods to babies
.
Ingredients
- One peach
- One plum
- One banana
- One kiwi
- One cup of diced melon
- Handful of seedless grapes (for more advanced finger food eaters)
Preparation
- Wash, peel, core and dice all fruit. If grapes are used, the should be cut in half or the skins should be removed.
- Toss and serve
This dish doesn't preserve well, although you could use a vacuum food sealer. Eliminating banana, which browns easily once peeled, can help. The good news is this dish won't last long sitting out anyway, as people love to walk by and nibble on it.
