It is easier to pursue your career and feel more connected to the work world, and you won't sacrifice career goals	You will get more quality time with your children, and can still pursue work from home mom opportunities
You will bring in more money with a regular paycheck	You will earn no money or possibly less money working from home, but you will spend far less (on daycare costs especially)
You get more time around adults and a chance to pursue adult activities	You get more time with your children
Your child will get more socializing in a daycare setting	You will have time during the day for child classes and play dates with other moms

I've been a stay-at-home mom with my son since I was 30 weeks pregnant with him. I have worked in the home with dayhomes and babysitting at other people's houses. I just think sometimes being a stay-at-home can be a lonely job and something no one is never given enough credit for. I applaud the moms that can do it and keep their sanity.
