Losing that unhidden pregnancy tummy fat after delivery could take months for some moms and years for others.  Retaining some extra pounds is probably the most common, yet disappointing, fact for moms who always worry about their physique. 

Despite your eating habits, if you take the following steps in your day to day activity you will see the results with your very own eyes and, of course, from others as well.  When I say day to day activity I mean you strictly follow it just as you brush and bath everyday. 

 The procedure I am about to reveal is NOT for women who are pregnant, but for moms after pregnancy.  

 Following are the steps you will follow in order to loose that tummy fat or pregnancy weight.

 Step 1:  Every morning as soon as you wake up drink 1 big glass of warm water.

 Step 2:  Sit down on the floor or carpet crossleged with straight body posture and you may close your eye if you wish (sort of like a yoga position).  

Step 3: Take 3 normal breaths 

Step 4: Breath in normally and breath our forcefully keeping it a steady rhythm as you repeat again and again.  In doing so, the abdominal area will make inward and outward movements.

I suggest to start with 5 minutes in the begining.  Initially, you will feel tired in between, just take a break.  However, as time goes you will get a hang of it and be able to strech it  15 minutes or more if capable.  

I assure you that if done right you will see slight changes within few weeks.  And, here I end the saga of one of the common dilemmas we face with a possible solution that can make lot of difference in our lives (without spending a pennyWink).  After all, I am a momWink.
