As we all know, sunscreen is very important and vital to the health of our skin and overall body. Some sun exposure is healthy but continual and over exposure of the sun's rays can be so damaging especially, to young and delicate skin of little ones. As you are heading to go outside in the hot summer sun, you find that there is only an expired bottle of sunscreen. Is the sunscreen as effective as when you purchased it?

Imagine laying in your bed at night or sitting at your desk and all of a sudden without warning everything around you is wiped out in an instant from a monsterous cyclone. Families and friends are missing and many have not survived this devastation. A possible count of 100,000 are completely wiped away from existance. For one country, this is reality. What is the country of Myanmar going to do to get through this? Can we help?

Shoes, Shoes, and More Shoes PDF Print E-mail

Just in the news this week was a story about children being injured while wearing Crocks, a brand name of shoe. These kids had foot injuries from the rubber type clog shoe getting caught in an escalator and pulling the child's foot into the moving stair. The injuries mentioned in the news story included lacerations, bruising, and missing nails. Ouch! Very painful, very traumatic and clearly a preventable accident.
