Imagine laying in your bed at night or sitting at your desk and all of a sudden without warning everything around you is wiped out in an instant from a monsterous cyclone. Families and friends are missing and many have not survived this devastation. A possible count of 100,000 are completely wiped away from existance. For one country, this is reality. What is the country of Myanmar going to do to get through this? Can we help?

Now by all means I want to be very upfront about this, we as a country do not eat nearly enough vegetables and they are a very important part of our diets. They provide valuable nutrition that we can not get from other sources, not even multivitamins. That being said there are some things you might not know.

To many of us with fertility problems this is a very dumb question, after all the tests and the heartbreak of simply trying to conceive and failing all we want is one healthy baby, but with technology today determining the sex of our unborn child is becoming a very real option for anyone with the extra money and the desire to do so.

Shoes, Shoes, and More Shoes PDF Print E-mail

Just in the news this week was a story about children being injured while wearing Crocks, a brand name of shoe. These kids had foot injuries from the rubber type clog shoe getting caught in an escalator and pulling the child's foot into the moving stair. The injuries mentioned in the news story included lacerations, bruising, and missing nails. Ouch! Very painful, very traumatic and clearly a preventable accident.
