My Experiences with the Flip Video Camcorder
Even though we had an older Video Camcorder, we weren't using it and I felt I was missing out on being able to record special family moments. When I saw the Flip advertised in one of the online stores, I took a chance and ordered one for the family as a last minute Christmas present.
I am not terribly video savvy; this has been a great way of easily catching the family moments in video. With its small size, simple format and one-touch recording even I (like Oprah) was able to figure out how to use the Flip in a matter of minutes. Since Christmas we’ve already used it more times than the larger, bulkier camcorder we've had for years.
It’s had an added bonus in letting my daughters play with an easy to use video camera. My girls (Second grade and Kindergarten) were also able to easily figure out how to work the Video camera and recorded their own (mostly silly) clips. I will be getting them their own Flip Video in Pink for Valentine’s Day to encourage their creativity and exploring ‘making movies.’
