We live in a society where either church is accepted or it isn't. Do you involve God inside your family? Do you take your family to church?

church.jpg Many feel that church is highly over rated or it simply isn't even necessary especially, as a family unit. The fact and matter is church teaches a lot of positive family morals that we can all learn and live by. Instead of staying home and being lazy couch potatoes not making a difference in your life or in the lives of others, taking your family to church can be greatly beneficial for all of you.

Praying and worshipping as a family can help stabilize a family and bring them closer together. Trying to put God into your life will certainly make a big difference in how your family will function.

Sitting in church also teaches discipline, respect and love. If you are concerned that your children aren't learning any manners this is an excellent way to teach them. Dressing nicely and sitting in the pew and sitting up straight will reinforce what you are trying to teach at home.

Church should be a peaceful place to gather not intimidating or stressful. Families can get involved in church by attending sunday school, going to youth events etc.

Many see church as boring and a waste of time. It will be if you make it this way. Try finding a church that seems exciting and inviting and makes you feel comfortable. If you need to, as a family, try a few different churches until you find one that's the perfect fit for you. God wants to see you there!
