Trading coupons for formula, what a great idea.
I have tried all the types of formula out there and have finally ended up with Nestle Goodstart. This formula works great for my son, but it is pretty expensive.
You can sign up on their website to receive coupons once a month, but as we all know, formula has to be bought more than once a month. Any new mom knows that right after your child is born you start getting samples of formula and tons of coupons for baby related items. Similac and Enfamil will also send you coupons if you register on their sites.
But here is the secret: trading! I have been able to trade some of my Enfamil and Similac checks to people that need them for Goodstart checks that I can use.
Craigslist is a great website for this. Even better, try Craveslist.org. This website allows you to search every Craigslist site across the United States. I have not only found people to trade my coupons with, but I have also found some great souls out there that don't use formula and just send you their coupons out of the kindness of their hearts. I have saved a lot of money doing this and I hope you can too!
