I've been a co-ordinator for a moms group for over 3 years now. My oldest son will be four in December. I'm currently in a neighborhood moms group as well. Come this fall I'll be in two more moms groups, one with my son's preschool and one with our church. Three out of five days I'll have meetings or playdates pre-planned even before I start in with school activities and doctors appointments.

I've been a co-ordinator for a moms group for over 3 years now. My oldest son will be four in December. I'm currently in a neighborhood moms group as well. Come this fall I'll be in two more moms groups, one with my sons preschool and one with our church.

Three out of five days I'll have meetings or playdates pre-planned even before I start in with school activities and doctors appointments.

I'm happy to have so much activites to keep our days busy. I enjoy being busy but I've been planning how I'll keep my mind together admist all these new names, dates and children's names. Not only will I be meeting a lot of new moms this fall I'll also be meeting new children, siblings and husbands.

The best advice I ever got from someone is to keep a notebook in your car. Not only can you jot down your thoughts you also can write down who you met today what their kids names are and how you met. A notebook with notes can help you remember the next time you'll go out and meet these mamas again.

A slendar calendar in your diaper bag or purse helps as well. Putting a cell number in your phone is great but when you see the name Amy Boden in your phone will you remember how you met or why you added her to your phone? A calendar can help you organize phone numbers, playdates and addresses.

Back up everything on line or on your computer with a file listing who is who and what is what to help you get through the month of activites you have to do. Keep a printed copy on your fridge or in your bag to keep on top of the activities that are going on during the week.

I also have an online calendar that coordinates with my cell phone to remind me what I need to do this week and the phone calls I have to make.  Now finding time to do the laundry is a whole other matter.
