One of my favorite ways of relaxing and taking a 'Mom Moment' is to stand at the beach and let the waves crash over my feet. I also like to sit by a stream, a pond, or a pool and let my toes dangle in water.
Since this is pretty impossible if you are at home, or at work, one way to experience this is do a virtual toe dangling online in the Ripples Pond.

The Quote Pond was a special project developed by The Ripples Project in the Spring on 2007. (I've been a subscriber to their weekly Ripply Newsletter for years).
I was immediatly entranced with the virtual pond, complete with ripples and moving, flying bugs and soothing music.
Take a few deep breaths...clear your mind and dip your toe in to experience the relaxing, rippling effects of the Quote Pond.
